CRAYON WELCOMES JON WHITE AS COMPANY'S SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT

BOSTON, MA, March 6th, 2022 – Crayon, the premier competitive intelligence platform, today announced Jon White has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Product. Bringing more than a decade of leadership experience in go-to-market SaaS — with a focus on sales and revenue teams – Jon will spearhead Crayon’s product strategy.

Jon was most recently the VP of Product at Catalyst where, as part of the executive team, he helped lead the company to a successful merger with Totango. Prior to Catalyst, Jon led product strategy at Highspot through a period of significant growth. Hired as Highspot’s first product leader, Jon was responsible for scaling the company’s product team as well as launching major product updates for Highspot’s sales enablement platform.

“Generative AI opens up a world of possibilities for Crayon’s competitive intelligence platform,” said Jon. “Companies finally have the ability to get the most relevant, actionable intel into the hands of sales teams the moment they need it — while simultaneously providing a delightful product experience. We're witnessing a paradigm shift in technology, this is why I came to Crayon.”

Crayon’s continuous product innovation focuses on putting real-time intel at user’s fingertips, all while measuring the revenue impact CI has on an organization. Crayon recently launched:

  • Seller Engagement: A single snapshot into how the sales team consumes enablement content — and how it translates directly into competitive wins.
  • AI-Powered Summaries: Thanks to generative AI, Crayon can summarize large swaths of content across a competitor’s digital footprint.
  • Competitive Pipeline: An analytics view to help users filter open competitive opportunities by rep, competitor, deal stage or deal amount.
  • Executive Summary: An elegant dashboard made up of three key metrics (total competitive deals, total influenced revenue, total compete program users) designed to transform a compete program into a data-driven powerhouse.

“Jon brings a unique perspective on how to build meaningful product experiences for revenue teams,” said Jonah Lopin, Founder and CEO of Crayon. “We’re excited to have him on board as we continue to execute on our vision to further incorporate AI throughout the Crayon platform to benefit sellers.”
