Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) are at the core of who Crayon is, and our commitment to these values is unwavering. We strongly believe that the most successful teams are diverse teams. Our culture is eliminating barriers so that everyone can do their best work, and we strive for an environment where all employees feel a sense of belonging.
We furthered our DE&I commitment by partnering with MassTLC’s Tech Compact for Social Justice and Gaingels — the world’s largest investor network focused on diversity in venture capital — in our Series B funding round. We also established an employee-led DE&I group that meets twice per month. Crayon is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
