To utilize Crayon Answers for Microsoft Teams, make sure you have an active Crayon account.

How to Get the App:

  1. In the Microsoft Teams application or web browser, open up the Teams Store
  2. Find Crayon in the store and select Get it now. 
  3. Once installed, you can interact with the Crayon App in your Teams chat via several actions:
    1. Log in by clicking the Sign In button once you message the bot for the first time. Once logged in, you must be an Administrator or Integrator in Crayon to approve the app for the rest of your organization. After logging in as the proper role, you will be able to perform the commands below. 
    2. Type Help to receive instructions on how to use the app.
    3. Type Hello to learn how the app works. 
    4. Type Disconnect to remove the app. 
  4. Once logged in, typing anything else to Crayon outside of the above commands will be treated as a question to Crayon Answers and will result in a response given from Crayon.
