Maddie FitzGerald is the VP of Customer Success at Crayon, bringing nearly a decade of experience leading customer success and account management teams in high-growth software companies. She has scaled CS organizations across multiple startups, most recently building and leading customer teams at Tropic and Guru, where she worked closely with go-to-market enablement and helped drive meaningful customer outcomes through strong programs and operational rigor.

Maddie is passionate about creating customer experiences that tie directly to impact, outcomes, and long-term value—especially in fast-moving, scaling environments. She loves mentoring early-career CS professionals and building teams that learn, iterate, and win together. Outside of work, you’ll find Maddie running, cooking, or spending time with her dog, Maisy.
