Details for Day of Event
Here are guidelines for the day of the event.
- Joining the event: The event is a half day, kicking off at 1pm EST and goes until 5pm EST. We highly encourage you to join the entire event, but if you can't, please ensure that you log into Zoom at least 20 minutes before your presentation. One of the Crayon marketers will privately chat you in Zoom to make sure you are good to go. You will be logging into the Zoom as an attendee and then when it's your time to shine, we will promote you to Panelist. At that point, your video will turn on.
- You will be on video: In these complex and lonely times, folks are craving human interaction. You will be on video during your presentation, so dress for success! (i.e. don't be in your pajamas!)
- We are recording: The entire event is going to be recorded and sent to registrants.
- After your presentation: Once you're finished your presentation, you will be demoted back to attendee and your video will turn off and you will be muted.
