Lab126, Inc is a subsidiary of Amazon.com, responsible for R&D that formed in 2004, and widely known for developing Amazon's Kindle devices. It is based in Sunnyvale, California and is headed by Gregg Zehr. Zehr was previously the VP of hardware engineering at Palm Computing.
The name comes from the fact that the numbers 1 and 26 corresponds to the order of the first and last letters of the English alphabet.
Amazon Lab126 doesn't have any insights (yet...).
