Supporting Your Organization During These Challenging Times

Below is a message we sent to all of our customers. We share this here, as we extend a hand to connect and support our customers, partners, employees, and friends.

We are living through an unprecedented period of turmoil and uncertainty. The COVID-19 pandemic has turned our lives upside-down. On behalf of everyone at Crayon, I want to say we sincerely hope that you and your family are safe and healthy, and our thoughts are with you.

We can’t set the world right overnight, but like many of you, we’re putting our shoulder to the wheel to do our part. We’ve been working hard to find ways to support our customers, employees, and the larger community during this challenging time. To that end, we’re offering a few updates to lend a hand:

  • Free Industry News on COVID-19: Staying on top of COVID-19 news can be all-consuming on a personal level, let alone doing this for our businesses as well. So we are offering free market intel tracking around COVID-19 news in your industry between now and July 1.
  • COVID-19 Executive Dashboards: Our customer success managers have been partnering with customers to find innovative ways to stay on top of developing news around COVID-19 with Crayon. Executive-level dashboards have proven to be a helpful “command center” (more info here) and our CSMs are ready to help you set this up for your organization.
  • Uninterrupted Service: Our high standards of service remain uninterrupted, even while we’ve made significant changes to support our employees’ health and safety. More than two weeks ago, we moved our team to be fully remote and we’re happy to say they haven’t skipped a beat.
